PQRS Registry© Physician Quality Registry Reporting System
The Quality Registry Reporting System (PQRS Registry©) collects clinical data from an EP or PQRS group practice and submits it to CMS on behalf of the participants. Individual Eligible Professionals (EPs) and group practices participating in the Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) or Group Practice Reporting Option (GPRO) can avoid the 2018 PQRS negative payment adjustment by satisfactorily reporting 2016 quality measures data. Each EP or PQRS group practice reporting via E*HealthLine’s registry must satisfactorily report on at least 50% of eligible instances for at least 9 measures covering 3 National Quality Strategy (NQS) domains to avoid the negative payment adjustment. If fewer than 9 measures or 3 NQS domains are reported via a qualified registry, CMS will apply a measure-applicability validation (MAV) process to determine if additional measures or NQS domains could have been reported.
